In the “ CLO 3D Basics” tutorial you will learn about the CLO Layout; an overview of all windows and menus, including customizing your layout. Features covered include: Library, 3D and 2D Windows, Object Browser, Property Editor, History, Modular Configurator, Main Menu Tabs and Vertical Toggle Display Menus along with the basics of sewing and fabrics in 3D, concluding with dressing your avatar and exporting the garment image. CLO 3D is a powerful design tool for clothing and accessories that allows you to work in 2D and 3D with amazing simulations of fabric and texture. By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to: *Navigate easily within the CLO 3D space and user settings. *Use the different design tools (Selection, Arrangement, Simulation). *Basics of sewing and fabrics. *Create and edit 3D pattern shapes and sew in CLO 3D. *Create and customize avatars. *FREE Full Basic sloper set. Who this course is for: This course is an excellent introduction for students, designers and apparel industry professionals who want to learn the basics of the CLO 3D software. This 1:1 lesson and the instructor are not affiliated with CLO. CLO offers free demos on their YouTube channel which you can use in tandem with this course if you choose. Learners need to have prior knowledge of pattern making and sewing and do need to have the CLO3D software subscription which can be downloaded from their website. 1 class x 2.5 hours for a total of $111.
